Elsie Moore Nampijinpa hails from Desert Bore in the Central Desert. She belongs to the Anmatyerre clan and married Walker Japangardi, with whom she settled in Pine Hill, 100 kilometres north of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. Elsie Moore Nampijinpa illustrates the Dreams associated with the animals of the bush (Dingo, Witchetty, Kangaroo) and the women who gather and hunt in the territory. These include the dream of watiya-warnu (desert seeds), which belongs to the clan of Nampijinpa/Nangala women and Jampijinpa/Jangala men, and the dream of Kwaty Anengkerr (dream of water).
