Nellie Njamme is a lawyer and the younger sister of Bai Bai Napangarti, both of whom come from an area called Yagga Yagga, south of Balgo Hills. Nellie began painting alongside many members of her family, who went on to become famous artists. Nellie is the keeper of the dream of the seven sisters. Her subject matter and painting style have a strong, bold presence, typical of artists from this region.
