The artist chose to represent a site near Kuningurra in this work. To do this, she represents, through an aerial vision, the vast territory that encloses it. The juxtaposition of multiple colourful dots is based on the technique of dot painting or pointillism, which is inspired by ritual drawings performed during initiation ceremonies.
