Originally from the community of Papunya, the artist belongs to the Pintupi ethnic group. Like her fellow painters, she likes to depict sacred territories once traversed by her Great Ancestors: here, the area around Kalipinpa, a sacred watering place once filled by a tremendous flood.
Elizabeth has presented them in the form of a highly abstract satellite vision, evoking labyrinths.
