In this painting, red dominates, symbolizing the feminine blood spilled during childbirth, and testifying to the profoundly vitalist nature of Ningura Napurrula's inspiration, which, by celebrating a birth, also signifies the continuous creation that is the Dreamtime, thus contributing to its permanence.

In this work, the ceremonial motifs of concentric circles and lines offer a satellite vision of the Wirrulnga site, a watering hole nestled in the heart of a rocky outcrop to the east of the Kiwirrkura aboriginal community.
