Joséphine Mick was born in 1955. She comes from Amata, in the communities of the APY lands (Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara) and belongs to the Pitjantjara. Her work is in the APY style, marked by great freedom in the choice of colours, in the structure of the works and in the movement given to traditional motifs.
