Esther uses typical western desert symbols to represent women collecting dry grapes from the bush. Esther often includes larger discs to represent the grinders on which they grind the grapes into a sticky paste.
The dough is then rolled into a ball and the women take it with them for food when they travel long distances. The small circles are the dry grapes, either loose on the desert floor or still on the bush. The series of consecutive lines represent the dunes (tali) in which the bush dry grapes grow.
