Dennis Nona, an island artist from the Torres Strait in northern Australia, is recognised as one of the most original and innovative players on the contemporary Australian art scene. The Musée d'Art et d'Histoire de Rochefort and the Hôtel Hèbre de St-Clément de Rochefort are dedicating an original solo exhibition to him, on view from 3 June to 31 December 2011.
